The Department: The Enterprise Management department supports company-wide activities including financial planning and analysis, accounting, payroll, benefits management, project management, contractor support, office management, event planning, and legal.
Position Overview:
Position Type: Full-Time
Location: Remote - United States only
Salary Range: $110,00 - $112,00 -- Exempt
Key Responsibilities:
- Salesforce Administration: Manage daily operations, user setup, and system configurations for the Salesforce platform.
- Business Process Optimization: Collaborate with teams to implement improvements that enhance operational efficiency.
- Support & Training: Provide user support, troubleshoot issues, and develop training materials for onboarding and ongoing education.
- Customization & Development: Assist in developing new Salesforce functionalities through custom objects, workflows, and automations.
- Data Management: Ensure data integrity, manage duplicates, and comply with data security policies.
- Integration & Automation: Work with technical staff to integrate Salesforce with other applications and streamline workflows.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to align Salesforce functionality with organizational goals, facilitating effective communication.
- Documentation & Best Practices: Create and maintain documentation for workflows, data models, and user guides, ensuring adherence to industry best practices.
Required Qualifications:
- Salesforce Administration Certification
- 5 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator, preferably in a nonprofit or education setting
- Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
- Must reside in and be legally authorized to work in the USA
